All you need is a selection of fresh or dried herbs, hot water, a bowl and a towel.

Designed to cleanse the skin, remove impurities, hydrate and promote circulation, aid in skin renewal and calm the nervous system, this facial steam is completely natural, using a mixture of botanicals.

How it works:

Place a small handful of petals in a basin and cover with boiling water. Optionally you can also add a few drops of essentials oils to your hot water. Drape a towel over your head and place your face near the bowl being careful not to touch the bowl or water as it will be very hot. Allow the towel to cover the bowl to trap the steam. Steam your face for 5-10 minutes. Always steam with a clean face. Apply moisturiser afterwards.  Compost petals or scatter them around your garden.
