Maintaining your fire pit:

Any rust that develops is simply a natural part of the ageing process and is nothing to worry about. Indeed, it's part of what gives your firepit its own unique beauty. Firepits are handmade from sheet steel which has naturally occurring blemishes, so there might be slight variations in the forging and finish.
