The Everhot 120i provides three splendidly flexible ovens for roasting/grilling, baking, long slow cooking and the control panel is behind the fourth door. As with the other models the wonderful cast iron hot and simmer plates are under the left lid and under the right lid is a fantastic three zone induction hob which greatly increases the overall cooking surface. This really comes into its own in the summer months enabling the cast iron hot and simmer plates to be turned off while still retaining plenty of cooking area.
